About Me

 I'm a part time wedding photographer (www.howellphotostudio.com) preacher's wife, who loves God, family, and life! My husband, Daniel and I live in Hardin, KY where he is the minister at a wonderful loving congregation -- the Hardin church of Christ. I love Starbuck's Frappuccinos, the musical genius that is Harry Connick Jr, and vacationing in New Orleans.

Our baby girl, Jenaleigh Kate, was born on lucky Friday the 13th (of May 2011). We are so blessed to have her in our lives!

My plan is to share all -- the good, the bad, and everything in between... This blog all began with the following post in September 2010:

Our hopes and prayers were answered when that one extra little line on the stick appeared. I thought I was seeing things, so I ran after Daniel (who had already pulled out of the driveway) to get a second opinion.

"Yes, I see two lines." Daniel said. "What does that mean?"

I told him and we had our moments of squealing. After 6/7 months it happened! There was proof on that stick that a living being was inside of me.

And so begins our journey into pregnancy and parenthood.
